Alessandro Rizzi is the Head of Structured Finance at Eni, a position held since February 2015, where they are responsible for Equity Capital Market Transactions and mergers and acquisitions involving listed companies. Prior to this role, Alessandro served as an Advisor Selection Manager and a Treasury Manager at Eni Finance International, as well as an M&A Analyst and Sales Controller in earlier positions. They began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Alessandro is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at Sapienza Università di Roma.
