Barbara Mineo

Barbara Mineo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and sustainability programs. Currently serving as the Head of Local Development Programs worldwide and Business Integration at Eni since January 2018, Barbara focuses on defining sustainability strategies aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Paris Agreement commitments. Previous roles include being the Humanitarian Director at Oxfam Intermón and Head of Humanitarian Unit at Save the Children, where strategic leadership and humanitarian response coordination were key responsibilities. Barbara’s background also includes work with various organizations such as Médicos del Mundo and the World Food Programme, along with a solid academic foundation in Political Science from LUISS and further studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
