Cristina Sgubin

Director elected from the list presented by the Ministry of the economy and finance. Born in 1980, she has been a Eni Director since May 2023. Lawyer, expert in corporate law, corporate governance and regulation. She is currently Director of SACE, ISPRA (Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) and Vianini SpA. She is also Secretary General of Telespazio SpA, a leading international company operating in the satellite sector. She lectures on both degree and master's courses in public economic law and administrative law.
