Engracia Mota has extensive experience in cost management and data control in the energy sector, currently serving as a Cost Controller at Eni since February 2014. Previously, Engracia held a position as a Cost Analyst at Azule Energy from July 2022 to September 2025 and worked at Baker Hughes from January 2009 to January 2014 as a Repair & Maintenance Data Control Specialist II and LWD Engineer I, acquiring skills in offshore drilling operations and data accuracy. Engracia's early career included a role as Warehouse Manager at Marina Technical Services, overseeing warehouse operations and inventory management. Engracia holds a degree from Universidade Jean Piaget de Angola, completed in 2007, and has a pre-university education in Biology and Chemistry from St. Mary's Secondary School.
