Ileana Bernardi

Ileana Bernardi is an experienced professional in managerial training and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Managerial Training at Eni since May 2007. In this role, Ileana focuses on corporate identity, people empowerment, coaching, mentoring, and intercultural diversity and inclusion training. Prior positions include Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed assessing training needs, designing training processes, and managing a training team, as well as Senior Recruiter, specializing in the recruitment and development of talent across various sectors. Ileana also served as a psychotherapist at C.P.A.T. from September 2014 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include a II level post-graduate master in HR Management and multiple certifications in EMDR and psychotherapy, complemented by a Master of Psychology in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
