Nadia Pianca

Nadia Pianca is an experienced leader in global learning and development with a robust background at Eni, where Nadia has held various pivotal roles since May 2003. As the Head of Global Learning and Development, Nadia established a comprehensive Talent Management Department and led the EIRL Global L&D team to implement strategic initiatives. Previously, as Head of Global Resourcing, Nadia transformed the company's resourcing structure and strategy. Other notable positions include Senior Global Mobility Consultant, where Nadia developed a global mobility process to streamline international assignments and improve retention, along with various roles in international HR and global mobility. Earlier in their career, Nadia worked at Manpower Staffing Services as a Lead Recruiter and HR Consultant. Nadia holds a Master of Science degree in International Human Resources from London Southbank University.
