Richard Waterlow

Richard Waterlow has extensive legal experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary for Eni UK Limited since February 2011. Throughout his career at Eni, Richard has held various roles, including Legal Manager and Senior Legal Counsel, demonstrating a deep expertise in corporate legal matters. Prior to joining Eni, Richard worked as a Solicitor at Holman Fenwick Willan LLP and Bond Pearce, and began his legal career at Hammonds. Richard holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, along with Postgraduate Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice from The College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Leeds.
