Seger Hoytink

Seger Hoytink has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Chairman and Managing Director of Eni Kazakhstan, and managing director roles at both Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. and Agip Caspian Sea B.V. Since joining Eni in October 2004, Seger has held various senior positions, including Global Head of Commercial Negotiations and Senior Vice President for International Upstream and Procurement Legal, demonstrating a strong legal and commercial background. Additionally, Seger has contributed as a Board Member for Eni International B.V. and North Caspian Operating Company N.V., and previously served as a Board Member for the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
