Joiselyn Palencia Navarro currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at ENIAC, a position held since July 2017, where responsibilities include planning the strategy and development of the human capital and preparing the annual Human Resources budget. Previously, Joiselyn worked at B.O.D. Banco Universal from January 2007 to November 2009 as Encargada de Dpto de Cobranzas, managing payment processing through various methods and issuing banking documents. Joiselyn holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from Universidad del Zulia (2009-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidad Nacional Experimental 'Rafael María Baralt' (2002-2008).
