Ian McDougall has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Ian started their career at KPMG UK as a Senior and then worked at Lafarge as a Project Manager. McDougall joined The Weir Group where they held various positions, including Regional Finance Director for the Middle East and Head of Internal Audit. Ian then served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Ardan Energy Services DMCC. McDougall later joined Morrison Facilities Services as Divisional Finance Director, responsible for turning around a loss-making division. Ian then took on a series of interim positions in the outsourcing and distribution sectors, including roles at Capita, Serco, and LWC Drinks Limited. McDougall worked as the Finance Director for Contracting at Interserve Industrial Services Limited before moving to their current position as Finance Director at Enigma Industrial Services.

Ian McDougall earned a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Accounting & Finance from Nottingham Trent University in 1995. Ian then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cranfield School of Management in 2005. In addition, they received the FCA qualification from ICAEW in 1999.
