Michael Byers

Michael Byers is currently working as a Scrum Master at Enigmatic Smile since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Service Designer at Falkirk Council where Michael focused on improving service quality and efficiency. With a background in web development and social analysis, Michael has also worked at South Ayrshire Council and Continuing Education Gateway. Additionally, Michael has experience in technical support from their time at IBM UK Ltd. Michael holds a BSc in Computing from the University of Paisley and a Professional Development Award in Service Design from the Service Design Academy.
