Nicholas M.

Nicholas M. is a Research Associate at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in OSINT and digital verification as part of the Peace Journalism Lab. Concurrently, Nicholas works as an Independent Contractor for Ecorys, evaluating a Risk Assessment Tool for an EU institutional client, and analyzes regional security affairs for Redacted. Involvement with the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity includes membership in an Ad Hoc Working Group focusing on Security Operation Centres and emerging cyber threats. Nicholas is also part of the New European Voices on Existential Risks project under the European Leadership Network. Previous roles include forecasting for the INFER Project at the University of Maryland, research consulting at Stanford's Hoover Institution, and participation in various security and radicalization awareness initiatives. Currently pursuing a Master's degree at Coventry University, Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from London Metropolitan University and completed a fellowship at Emmanuel College focusing on Eastern Mediterranean security and diplomacy.
