Steinar Thoresen is currently the Nordic Head of Credit Management and Collection at Enity Bank Group, with prior roles as Head of Operations and Head of Credit and Collection. Thoresen served as Chief Credit Officer at Nordea Direct from July 2020 to October 2022 and held various positions at Nordea from November 2006 to July 2020, including Kredittsjef, Senior Credit Process Analyst, and Credit Controller, where responsibilities included managing credit quality and internal reporting. Thoresen began a career as a Personal Bank Advisor and Bank Advisor before advancing into senior credit management roles. Steinar Thoresen holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
