Leslie Woodmansee

Co-Founder & President at Enium

Working with a retired investigative journalist who started an endorsement company in Salt Lake City, Utah, Leslie was introduced to Gary Schmeichel through a solar company in the area that she was investigating for possible endorsement. At the time, Gary was working on building a solar in-house finance program, and after many conversations about what that could look like, Gary brought Leslie in as President. With her background in vetting companies, Leslie was instrumental in changing the business model from just a loan product to a service offering, which opened the company up for expansion working with multiple solar dealers and lending relationships around the country. While her original formal education focused on landscaping, her finance and leadership education is through Cornell, with certifications in Finance Management, Women in Leadership Roles, Performance Leadership, Change Management, and Executive Leadership.

A mother of 4 and grandmother of 2, Leslie and her family live in Salt Lake City, Utah, where they enjoy a very active outdoor lifestyle.
