Joel Queiroz Junior

Joel Queiroz Junior has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. Joel currently serves as the COO at enjoei, where they are responsible for various areas including Enjoei Pro, Logistics, Customer Service, and Risk/Fraud. Prior to that, Joel worked as an independent consultant at Estratégia, Gestão & Performance, providing advisory and consultancy services to medium-sized national companies. Before that, they held positions at Whirlpool Corporation, serving as Director of Strategy and Commercial Excellence, Director of Logistics, Senior Sales Manager for Key Accounts, Senior Manager of Commercial Excellence in Europe, and Senior Manager of Commercial Planning. Joel also started their career at Whirlpool Corporation as an Analyst in Transportation and Customer Service.

Joel Queiroz Junior holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduação degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI, which they pursued from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Whirlpool Corporation in 2006.
