Onur Kaplan

Onur Kaplan is an experienced project controls manager with a diverse background in large-scale construction projects. Currently employed at ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. since December 2019, Onur is overseeing the SOGAZ Multidisciplinary Medical Complex, a $500 million project that will house an advanced medical center. Prior to this role, Onur held positions at IC Ictas - Astaldi SpA JV, managing key projects such as the M11 Highway and the Western High Speed Diameter Project. Experience also includes serving as a design coordinator and tender manager at Koray, and project controls manager roles at Renaissance Construction and ENKA. A civil engineering graduate with an MBA from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, Onur has foundational expertise in project management and tender processes, further demonstrated during earlier roles in site management.
