Daniel Alvarez Watson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Daniel has worked as the Head of the Technical Department at Enkador S.A., where their responsibilities included ensuring the reliability and productivity of the production plant. At Hidrosanbartolo, Hidropalmira e Hidronormandía, they served as an Assembly, Maintenance, and Operation Supervisor, leading a team in the installation of turbines and generators. As the Operations Manager at Saboratti Cia. Ltda., Daniel developed a strategic plan for company growth and was responsible for managing the ice cream production plant. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Logistics and Transportation at Colegio Bolivar, where they managed the fleet and executed a preventive maintenance program. Daniel also has experience as a Plant Manager at Cortes e Impresos S.A. and as the Head of Production at Indolano Ltda.

Daniel Alvarez Watson has a diverse education history, spanning multiple fields of study. Daniel obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Universidad ICESI in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Valle (CO) in 2004. Daniel also pursued studies in Administrative Management at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, graduating in 2006.

In addition to their degree programs, Daniel has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include a Certification as an Internal Auditor for Iso 9001:2015 from SGS in 2021, and a Certification as an Internal Auditor for FSSC V5.1, also from SGS, in the same year. Daniel received a Certification in Coaching, Training, and Leadership from Celider in 2012.

Furthermore, Daniel has acquired additional certifications such as "Curso de Prompt Engineering con ChatGPT" from Platzi in 2023, and "Motores Euro III" from Praco Didacol S.A.S in 2012. Daniel also holds a Certification in Metrology Assurance and Management from Asesorias y Estudios in 2005. As an ASME member, they obtained the "ASME Student Member" certification from ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) in 2001.
