Balaji Aravindhan Pandian, PhD has a varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Herbicide Discovery Scientist at Enko. Balaji Aravindhan also obtained a Lean - Six Sigma, Black Belt from BMGI in 2016, and a Master's Degree in Plant Breeding and Genetics from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained a GRI G4 Sustainability Reporting Training by KPMG from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in September 2015.
