Michael Luethy has a long history of work experience in the field of science. Michael started their career in 1997 at Monsanto Company, where they held various roles, including Data Science & Analytics Lead, EME, Vegetables, SAS, Strategy and Operations Lead, Vegetable Technology, Corn Drought Project Lead, Technology Lead, Renessen Joint Venture, and Corn Lysine Project Lead. Michael then moved to Bayer Crop Science in 2018, where they held the role of Data Science & Analytics Leader, Market Development. Currently, they work at Enko, where they have held the roles of Science Fellow, Director of Biology, and R&D Strategy Lead since 2020.

Michael Luethy has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an M.S. in Applied Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a Post-doctoral in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
