Enko
Paolo Castiglioni has an extensive work experience in the field of biology. Paolo started their career in 1996 as a Research Fellow at Istituto Sperimentale per la Cerealicolura and a Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research. In 1999, they joined Monsanto Company as a Research Associate and was later promoted to Team Lead, Crop Physiology and Scientist, Project Manager. In 2012, they moved to Dow AgroSciences as Team Lead, Agronomic Traits Field Assessment. In 2015, they were appointed as Director of Field Research at Arcadia Biosciences, and two years later, they joined AgroTech Research as Director of Field Research and Operation. Currently, they work as a Field Biologist at Enko since 2019.
Paolo Castiglioni obtained a Master's Degree in Agricultural Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano.
