Tim Panosian

Senior Director of Discovery Sciences at Enko

Tim Panosian has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2003 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Binghamton University, they then went on to be a Summer Undergraduate Research Intern at the NIH in 2004. From 2005 to 2011, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Graduate Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, studying X-ray crystallography and pharmacology, and solving structures of an ion channel and bacterial enzymes. In 2011, they also worked as a Research Analyst at the Tennessee Technology Development Corporation. In 2016, they became an Engagement Manager at CiBO Technologies, where they identified opportunities to deploy CiBO’s environment and crop simulation software as a service (SaaS) platform across multiple verticals in the agriculture supply chain. In 2019, they joined Enko as Senior Director of Discovery Sciences, Director of R&D Data Sciences, and Product Manager, R&D Data and Analytics. In this role, they established the core data collection and analysis capabilities and led the team responsible for designing/building/maintaining the core data capture infrastructure, data pipelines, and data analytics tools.

Tim Panosian earned their B.S. in Biochemistry from Binghamton University in 2005 and their Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University in 2010.
