Kristin Seske, CAPM, has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Physical Education Instructor/Health Educator at Loyola Academy High School, where they provided trainings to colleagues, presented on ed tech software, and researched and evaluated two new software programs for the PE/Health department. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Enrollment Counselor at South University, where they provided outstanding customer service and used sales and recruitment strategies to interview, enroll, and support students. Since 2019, they have worked as a Manager of Client Relations & Development and HR Recruiter/Developer at enkompas Technology Solutions, where they have created and developed Statements of Work, managed over twenty projects, and trained new and current help desk staff.

Kristin Seske holds a Master of Education - M.Ed from Concordia University Chicago, which they obtained in 2017. Her field of study was Educational/Instructional Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in K-12 Physical Education Teaching Endoresment and a Dance Teaching Endorsement from Northeastern Illinois University in 2011. In addition, they hold a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in March 2022, a RingCentral Office Admin Associate Certification from RingCentral, obtained in October 2019, and an Education: Professional Educator Certificate from the Illinois State Board of Education, obtained in June 2011.
