Mackenson Gouin, MHA, LSSBB, CSM has extensive experience in the healthcare and financial services industries. Mackenson began their career in 2010 as a Claims Analyst with AIG. In 2012, they joined PNC Bank as a Loan Servicing Analyst and Loan Analyst. In 2013, they became a Healthcare Consultant with McBee Associates, Inc., where they worked on projects to re-acquire missed revenue opportunities for home health agencies. From 2015 to 2019, they were employed at Virginia Hospital Center, where they held the positions of EPIC Revenue Guardian, Revenue Cycle Auditor, and Revenue Cycle Integrity. In 2020, they joined Crowe as a Consulting Manager. In 2021, they became an EHR Implementation Consultant with the U.S. Department of State. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Project Manager with enkompas Technology Solutions.

Mackenson Gouin obtained a Bachelor of Art in Management and International Business from MidAmerica Nazarene University between 2005 and 2010. Mackenson then obtained an MBA in Business Management and Healthcare Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University between 2012 and 2013. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Six Sigma - Green Belt from Villanova University. In 2017, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II from Villanova University College of Engineering. In 2015, they obtained ChargeMaster from Craneware. In 2019, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. Mackenson also obtained Global Health Initiative.
