Beatriz Maldonado

Beatriz Maldonado has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Directora de Talento Humano at ENKONTROL since January 2018. Previously, Beatriz held the position of Jefe de Desarrollo Humano at Portenntum de México from January 2011 to October 2017 and worked as Coordinadora de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Multimedia for one year. Beatriz's early career included a role as Gerente de recursos humanos at Productos ala S de RL (mazapán Azteca) from March 2002 to July 2006. Beatriz holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, obtained between 1999 and 2003, and has extensive expertise in recruitment, training, talent development, labor relations, safety and hygiene, and personnel administration.
