Baiba Petere

Baiba Petere has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in both the hospitality and gaming industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Guest Service Representative at Radisson Blu Hotel Daugava before transitioning to the role of Event Sales Representative at Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija in 2014. In 2016, they became the Sales and Marketing Manager at Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel. In 2017, Baiba joined Entain as the Head of Media Baltics, where they oversaw affiliate websites in the Baltic region. In this role, they negotiated partnership deals, developed affiliate marketing strategies, managed a team, and led rebranding projects. Baiba's role as Head of Media Baltics at Entain continued until May 2023.

Baiba Petere pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Alberta College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned another Bachelor's degree in Cultural Tourism Management.
