Samantha Alvarez

Samantha Alvarez serves as the Associate Director of Development at Enlace Chicago since February 2025 and is the Founder/CEO of Inspirate Marketing Co., also in operation since September 2022. Previously, Samantha held positions including Senior Development Associate at Start Early, Development Associate at Brighton Park Neighborhood Council, and Lead Development Specialist at the American Red Cross of Illinois. Samantha's experience includes significant fundraising achievements, having raised over $1.5M in grant proposals and providing strategic direction to enhance fundraising capabilities. Additional roles include Development Communications and Events Coordinator at Namaste Charter School and Development Assistant at Girls on the Run-Chicago, alongside internship roles at Girls in the Game and Erie Neighborhood House. Samantha holds a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University.
