Jay Reeser

Jay Reeser has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in network strategy, contracting, and value-based care. Jay has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Vice President at Enlace Health, where they led the transition to value-based contracts and developed network strategies for health plans. Prior to this, they were President and Managing Director at BoldPivot, LLC, where they partnered with senior executives to execute business development initiatives and improve access to care. At Cigna, they served as the Vice President of Network Strategy and Development, leading network contracting and innovative value-based programs. Jay also held leadership roles at SSM Health, Gateway Health, Evolent Health, Centene Corporation, United Health Group, Anthem, Inc., and Health Alliance Medical Plans, where they developed network strategies, negotiated contracts, and optimized financial performance for various healthcare products. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in value-based contracting, payment innovation, and cost and quality improvement in healthcare.

Jay Reeser attended Saint Louis University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
