Nick Augustinos

Nick Augustinos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nick currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Dexcom, a company that develops and distributes continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management. Nick has held this position since November 2009.

In addition, they have been involved in various leadership roles at Aver Inc. Nick served as the Director of the Board of Directors from September 2014 to present. Nick also held the position of President & CEO from December 2015 to January 2019. Aver Inc. supports customers in transitioning to value-based reimbursement programs.

Augustinos has also contributed to the California HealthCare Foundation as a Member of the Board of Directors since January 2015. The foundation works to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare in California.

Prior to these roles, Augustinos held the position of SVP Health Information Services & Strategy at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 50 company, from November 2011 to November 2015. Nick also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at The SCAN Foundation, an organization focused on coordinating high-quality services for older adults, from June 2011 to December 2014.

Earlier in their career, Augustinos held roles at Audax Health, Cisco Systems, CSC, CareScience, and Healtheon WebMD, where they contributed to the development of innovative healthcare solutions and drove growth in sales and operations.

Nick Augustinos has an extensive education history. In 1976, they obtained their High School Diploma from High School Paleo Psychico. Nick then went on to receive a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from King's College London between 1980 and 1983. Following this, in 1985, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

In order to further their executive education, Nick attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2015 and completed the Director's Consortium Program. Prior to that, in 2011, they attended Harvard Business School for two executive education programs - Making Corporate Boards More Effective and Audit Committees In A New Era Of Governance.
