Jerome Lavalley

Jerome Lavalley has held various positions in the technology industry since 1995. From 1995 to 2004, they worked as Product Manager for DISC - Distributor Information Systems Corp, where they were a major contributor to the growth and success of the company, ultimately resulting in the successful sale of the business unit to a competitor. Jerome'skey successes included the development, launch, and support of an intranet information management product for commercial release. Jerome'saccountabilities over the eight year period included technical support, customer relationship management, product development and enhancements, product launch, operations, policy and procedure development, sales support, team leadership, and staff supervision. From 2004 to present, they have been the President and co-Founder of Enlighten.Net, Inc., a Knowledge Management Software and Web-Based Document Storage and Retrieval Software company. Jerome'saccountabilities include the development and management of the company technology infrastructure, product development and testing, product launch, product customization, quality assurance, client retention, maximizing account profitability, technical and procedure writing, and developing and delivering innovative business and technical solutions to clients.

Jerome Lavalley earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Connecticut in 1993. Jerome also studied Chinese Language at Shanxi University from 1992 to 1993.
