Prashant Verma

Prashant Verma is an experienced professional with expertise in operational excellence and change management. Currently serving as a Senior Change Coach at Enlighten Operational Excellence since August 2021, Prashant previously held positions as a Change Coach and Engineer in Operational Excellence at KEI Wires and Cables from June 2019 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Production Executive at Nu-Cork Products Pvt. Ltd. and a Summer Internship at Ashok Leyland, where Prashant studied assembly procedures for various truck and bus chassis. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Modern Institute of Technology & Research Centre, Alwar (2014-2018), and completed HSC in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths at St. Anselm Sr. Sec. School, Alwar (2012-2013).
