Sridevi R is a Sr Change Coach at Enlighten Operational Excellence, with previous experience as a Consultant at SNic Solutions. Sridevi has worked on various projects including setting standard time for assembly, productivity improvement in solar cell manufacturing, manpower optimization in process industries, and layout design for a greenfield facility. Prior to this, Sridevi held positions as Operation Executive at Premier CNC Tool Room and Project Engineer at John Crane. Sridevi R holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Lean Operations and System from Christ University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering & Management from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology.
