Prior to joining Enlightenment, Tommy worked for The Carlyle Group, where he managed financial reporting and analysis for the US Buyout and Financial Services funds. He began his career at EY working primarily with clients in the aerospace, defense, government, and technology sectors.
He received his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and his BS from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He has a Top Secret security clearance.
