Martin Andrae

Martin Andrae is an experienced executive with a strong background in management and sales advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Shareholder at ENLINE and Managing Director at MA.management, Martin Andrae has held significant leadership roles in the hydroelectric industry, including President and CEO of Voith Hydro Latin America and Chief Marketing Officer, as well as President & CEO of Voith Hydro Shanghai. Prior to these roles, Martin Andrae was the Chief Executive Officer at Voith Hydro Kraftwerkstechnik in Heidenheim. Educationally, Martin Andrae holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
