Beau Oyler

CEO | ECD at Enlisted Design

Beau Oyler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they became the CEO and ECD at Enlisted Design, where they served in a leadership position. In 2021, they joined Pattern® as the Chief Design Officer, overseeing brand and product creation for Enlisteddesign.com, Pattern.com, and Villagebrands. In 2022, Beau became an Executive Board Member of the Fast Company Executive Board. Beau was also a guest speaker at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they gave a presentation on "Creating Craveable Brands" to the Oxford Executive MBA cohort. Additionally, they served as a Lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University, Stanford University, University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, and Academy of Art University, teaching various design-related courses and mentoring students. Beau also co-taught the Design Entrepreneurship course at San Jose State University. In 2014, they were a keynote speaker at the BYU Design Symposium at Brigham Young University.

From 2002 to 2005, Beau Oyler attended the Academy of Art University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design.
