Frank Dujanovic

Frank Dujanovic has extensive experience in facility and plant operations within the Senior Living Industry. Currently, as Regional Director of Facility Management at Enlivant since February 2017, Frank Dujanovic manages the strategic and operational aspects of facility planning, overseeing capital expenditure budgets and projects. In parallel, Frank Dujanovic has served as Regional Director of Plant Operations at Senior Lifestyle since February 2016, where oversight includes plant operations for 42 communities across 10 states, encompassing budget management, project oversight, and staff recruitment. Previously, as Director of Plant Operations at Midwest Geriatric Management from March 2002 to February 2016, Frank Dujanovic handled various responsibilities such as project management, training, and compliance with state inspections. Frank Dujanovic holds a Technical Diploma in HVAC from McKim Institute of Technology and has also attended The University of Akron.
