Michelle Coleman

Michelle Coleman is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Accounting Operations at Enlivant since 2020, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. In parallel, Michelle is the Principal at Accurate Accounting Solutions LLC, providing financial solutions for small businesses, including bookkeeping and accounting services. Prior roles include Director of Centralized Billing and Collection and Manager positions at CH Robinson from 2001 to 2019, and multiple managerial roles at American Backhaulers from 1994 to 2001. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as participation in the Harvard Management Foundation's Online Leadership Development Program and certification as a Notary Public and Signing Agent in the State of Illinois.
