Rick Smith

Rick Smith serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Enlivant, overseeing the operations of 67 senior living communities across 10 states, managing 3301 rental units and ensuring strong financial performance. Smith's previous role as Regional Director of Operations involved compliance oversight for assisted living and memory care communities in Oklahoma and Kansas. Prior to joining Enlivant, Smith worked at Neiman Marcus for over two decades, rising from Director of Operations for the flagship store in San Francisco to Regional Director, managing 20 stores and achieving significant sales figures. Earlier experience includes directing operations for Macy's West department stores with impressive sales metrics. Smith holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
