Ashley Szczepanski has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Ashley started their career at Sutter Health in November 2013, where they worked as a Nurse Educator until October 2015. Ashley then joined Enloe Medical Center in October 2015 as a Nursing Informatics Specialist. In January 2017, they became a Training Supervisor for Epic Implementation at Enloe Medical Center. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Clinical Documentation Specialist in August 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, Clinical Documentation Specialist at Enloe Medical Center since April 2022.
Ashley Szczepanski holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes Jewish College, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they completed between 2004 and 2007. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) from Acdis and as a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective, both in 2022.
