Tom Osteen

Tom Osteen worked as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Enloe Medical Center from November 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they held the same role at the California Dental Association from August 2015 to July 2017. Tom also worked as an Area Information Officer (Multi-Hospital CIO) at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan from October 2004 to August 2015.

Tom Osteen has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Tom also holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
