Teja Gowtham

Teja Gowtham is a software engineer currently working at EnLume Inc since June 2021, focusing on the Merits project utilizing Node.js with the Fastify framework and TypeORM for API development, and leveraging Google Cloud Provider. Previously, Teja contributed significantly to the Monarch Tractor project by reducing video streaming latency from 30 seconds to under one second through the implementation of webRTC and Gstreamer. Teja's experience includes developing APIs with AWS Chalice and Flask, and a project at the University of Hyderabad to reduce AWS Lambda cold start times. Teja also served as a Campus Network Facility volunteer managing servers and switches and interned at IIIT Hyderabad, gaining experience in reinforcement learning algorithms. An academic background includes an Integrated M-Tech in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad and an elective course in Distributed Trust and Blockchain from IIIT Hyderabad.
