Marita Rautio

Marita Rautio has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Marita is currently working as a People and Culture Manager at Enmac Oy since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of a Human Resources Coordinator at Courtyard by Marriott Tampere City from November 2021 to October 2022. Marita also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Odyssey Hotel Group from November 2021 to October 2022. Before that, Marita worked as an HR Asiantuntija at BLC Turva for a brief period in 2021.

From 2016 to 2021, Marita had a long tenure at AM Lukkoasema Oy. Marita served as a Henkilöstöpäällikkö I Projektiryhmän esimies from July 2019 to October 2021 and as a Project Assistant from January 2016 to October 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Projektiryhmän esimies at AM Lukkoasema Oy Tampere from August 2018 to October 2021.
