Matias Äijälä

Matias Äijälä has diverse work experience starting from 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Intern at Nornickel Harjavalta. Matias continued gaining practical experience in the field by interning at the same company in 2019 and 2020. Following this, in 2017, Matias served in the Finnish Defence Forces for a year as part of their military service. In 2021, they worked as an Automation Engineer Trainee at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj. Currently, Matias is employed as a Software Engineer at Enmac Oy since January 2022.

Matias Äijälä has a solid education background in automation technology. Matias began their education journey at Ulvilan Lukio from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained their Finnish Matriculation examination qualification. Following that, they attended Tampere University from 2016 to 2020, earning their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Automation Technology. Matias then continued their education at Tampere University from 2020 to 2022, completing a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Automation Technology.

Alongside their formal education, Matias also holds a certification in Emergency First Aid Course EA2 from the Finnish Red Cross - Suomen Punainen Risti. The specific dates of when they earned this certification are not provided.
