Mika Lehtonen

Mika Lehtonen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mika'smost recent role is the Director of the Tampere Business Unit at Enmac Oy, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head Of Sales at Enmac Oy from August 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Enmac Oy, Mika was a Work Group Member HCL as AFLE representative at LightingEurope starting from May 2017. Mika'sresponsibilities involved representing the Association of Finnish Lighting Manufacturers and contributing to policy shaping and the establishment of industry standards and guidelines.

From February 2020 to August 2021, Mika worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Laurinaho Yhtiöt Oy.

Mika Lehtonen has had an extensive tenure at Purso Oy, starting as a Sales Manager in January 2013 and later served as the Director of Business Development from November 2017 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for customer recognition and profitable growth within selected customer segments, sales management, project management, the creation and setup of new international distribution channels, and product development.

Prior to their time at Purso Oy, Mika was a Member of the Board at The Association of Finnish Lighting Manufacturers (AFLE) from October 2017 to February 2020.

Additionally, Mika Lehtonen had previous roles at Finn-Power Oy, where they served as a Production & Project Manager from October 2001 to November 2004. Mika also worked at Finn-Power Italia S.r.l as a Customer Trainer & Project Manager from April 1999 to October 2001, and earlier as a Start-up Specialist at Finn-Power Oy from October 1997 to April 1999.

Mika Lehtonen attended Pyynikin ammattioppilaitos from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Radio, Television, and Digital Communication. Mika then went on to Tampereen teknillinen oppilaitos and studied Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from 1993 to 1996.
