Simona Lamba has worked in various roles since 2011. Simona began as an Intern in the Public Diplomacy Team at the Embassy of Italy in Podgorica, where they were responsible for drafting the "Six-Month Economic Report of Montenegro" in cooperation with the Italian Trade Commission, monitoring local media, preparing media and press releases, and participating in international conferences. In 2014, they took on the role of Legal Office Employee at Prisma Cooperativa Sociale, where they were responsible for scouting tender opportunities, processing project proposals, and coordinating internal and external (between project partners) administrative reporting due to public body authorities. Simona also collected, verified, and processed all legal documents for security projects. That same year, they also took on the role of Ufficio Stampa at Young Ambassadors Society. In 2015, they became a Compliance Officer at Wirecard AG, where they were responsible for dealing with new customers for an online payment provider, basing the compliance check on internal acceptance standards and external legislation, and making a final decision on the suitability of these customers, as well as elaborating the rejection process and billing request. From 2018-2022, they held the roles of Customer Relations Manager and Customer Success Specialist, Events and Communication at PRISMA European Capacity Platform. Currently, they are an International Account Manager at enmacc.

Simona Lamba completed their Master's degree in International Relations from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2012, where their field of study was Political Science and Government. Simona obtained their Maturità linguistica from Liceo Scientifico in 2004, where their field of study was Diritto. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including an Energy Markets Training Program from the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) in 2022, Brand Management: aligning Business, Brand and Behaviour from Coursera in 2020, a Specialised training on the Regulation of gas market from the Florence School of Regulation - FSR Energy in 2019, a Train the Trainer from Activia Training Ltd in 2018, an ITIL Foundation from exccon AG in 2018, a Zertifikat Deutsch B1 from Sprachzentrum Leipzig in 2016, a Press Office Continuing Education Course from TEMPOR SPA in 2013, Visual Communication using Adobe Photoshop CS5 from Adobe in 2012, a GESE Exam (Graded Examination in Spoken English) from Trinity College London, and a Preliminary English Test from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
