Chris Vaughn

Chris Vaughn is an accomplished product strategy leader with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy at Enmark Systems, Inc., Chris previously held roles at Bonusly as Staff Product Manager and Senior Product Manager. At Salsa Labs, Chris excelled as Director of Product Management, contributing to the company's profitability and acquisition through successful product roadmaps and integrations. Additional leadership roles at Salsa included Director of Client Services and Director of Client Success, where Chris implemented data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Prior experience includes grant management and fundraising initiatives at The Wetlands Initiative and the Texas Office of the Governor, as well as research support at the University of Texas at Austin. Chris holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Government and Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin.
