Dr. Malathy Subramanian

Dr. Malathy Subramanian has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Dr. Malathy began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant. In 2008, they joined Model N as a QA Manager (Principal Engineer). During their time at Model N, they held the roles of QA Architect, Lead QA Engineer, Senior Software QA Engineer, and QA Engineer. Dr. Malathy successfully spearheaded the migration of one of their products from server-based to serverless cloud-based architecture (AWS), several Oracle Upgrades, and migration of reporting tool from QlikView to Looker. Dr. Malathy also implemented an Automation framework using Karate, Java, Junit 5, Spring framework, Rest Assured and building them through maven with code check-in and review through GitHub. Dr. Malathy also led the QA team on various products including a distributed data management platform (multi-tenant Kubernetes based deployment) and delivered the product with 0 critical issues. In 2022, they joined Enmark Systems, Inc. as the Director of Quality Assurance.

Dr. Malathy Subramanian has a diverse educational background. Dr. Malathy obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology. Dr. Malathy then attended Colorado Technical University, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management in IT/Project Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, and a Doctor of Management in Executive Leadership. In addition, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in January 2016.
