Michael Rybicki began their career in 1992 as a Programmer at Enmark Systems, Inc. In 1995, they moved to Central Data Systems as a Programmer/Network Engineer. Rybicki returned to Enmark Systems, Inc. in 2001, where they held the role of Vice President and President, with the role description of "Do what you love. Love what you do. Success and Happiness will follow."
Michael Rybicki attended Western Michigan University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Information Systems.
