Ali Asghar Karachiwala

Ali Asghar Karachiwala possesses extensive experience in workforce management, analytics, and customer experience solutions. Currently serving as Team Lead for Workforce Management, Analytics, and Genesys at ENMAX since March 2020, Ali previously held multiple roles at Aria Solutions from October 2006 to March 2020, including Solutions Consultant and Senior Systems Integrator.
