Corry Poole, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Corry began their career at CIBC in 1988 as a Senior Manager, where they worked for over 13 years. In 2001, they transitioned to TELUS, where they held the position of Director, Loyalty and Retention for almost nine years. In 2009, they joined ENMAX as the Director of Customer Contact Centre, a role they held for five years. Corry then took on the position of VP, Customer Experience at ENMAX from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they were promoted to VP, Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing at ENMAX, where they continue to work.
