Sarah Bach

Sarah Bach is a Product & Marketing Enablement Specialist at ENMAX since May 2015, leading business initiatives that enhance project delivery, operations, and customer experience related to product solutions and digital platforms. Previous roles at ENMAX include Business and Process Analyst and Organizational Change Management Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed business analysis, organizational efficiency, and customer experience improvements. Early experience includes supporting training and communications within the Learning and Knowledge Management team and providing customer service as a Customer Care Representative. Prior to ENMAX, Sarah worked at Starbucks as a Barista and at Kumon North America, Inc. as a Class Assistant. Currently, Sarah is pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration with a Data Analytics concentration at McMaster University Continuing Education, having previously completed coursework towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing at the University of Calgary.
